Q1. Do you provide free shipping?

A: We provide free shipping if your order is over certain amount (check our Free Shipping policy) and deliver your parcel within 3–10 working days. As soon as your package has left warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Q2. What if I want to return my order?

A: We offer free returns within 14 days. All you have to do is send us an email at info@sexdale.com with your order number. We will contact you to start the return process.

Please note that returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance.

Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.

Q3. What is the warranty period?

A: For cloths (under our Apparel category), there is no warranty granted to them. However, if your clothes rip or malfunction due to a manufacturing defect within a reasonable time frame, you might have grounds for a return or exchange.

For the play toys, we normally offer 1 year warranty unless it is specified in the product description.
